Day One: Transfer at 09:30; an overland journey to Borneo Rainforest Lodge from Lahad Datu for 2.5 hours. In the afternoon, guests will have an introduction to the forest, trekking through jungle trails with a guide and after will proceed to the Canopy Walkway. In the evening, weather permitting, experience a Night Safari Drive in an open-air truck in search of nocturnal animals.
Day Two: Guided jungle activities – trek to the Kadazandusun burial site – Coffin Cliff and after will continue trekking to the View Point for a bird’s eye view of the Danum Valley and the Borneo lowland rainforest. Descend to the Jacuzzi Pool for a refreshing dip. Optional: Water tubing for an hour in the Danum River or trekking along the Segama River. In the evening, weather permitting, enjoy a night walk around the lodge in search of nocturnal animals.
Day Three: Guided morning walk at the Segama Trail/Hornbill Trail. Check-out time is at 13:00. Scheduled transfer at 13:30, overland journey to Lahad Datu. An UNSCHEDULED return transfer will be an additional RM50/person
