Our beach resort is set amidst the spectacular surroundings of Pantai Dalit which is located just outside of Kota Kinabalu city, the state capital of Sabah in Malaysian Borneo. The stunning colonial-style main villa at Sensi Borneo Beach Resort is situated a mere fifty metres from the shores of the South China Sea. On the ground floor, the spacious interior is immaculately furnished with lavish overstuffed couches and gallery worthy art in several airy sitting rooms. A well-stocked library of books and DVD’s, a comfortable entertainment room with satellite big-screen TV, free Wi-Fi and complementary use of computer are all on hand for those seldom rainy nights. The centred grand marble staircase leads you to six unique bedrooms with air conditioning and ensuite; each with their own personality and distinctive features. From your private balcony you will witness the breathtaking sunrise over the majestic Mount Kinabalu and the brilliant sunset beyond the South China Sea. If it is absolute peace and quiet that you seek, there are several traditional Bali style chalets available for hire situated a short walk through the private grounds, past papaya trees, vibrantly coloured bougainvillea, desert rose and lily ponds. The view from the private veranda of your quiet sanctuary offers you glimpses of the beckoning sea through the lush green forest. Here is breathing space, a place for you to unwind, settle down, and remain undisturbed.
From the wrap-around veranda of the villa, the view is a panoramic one of the vast blue sea, affording you glimpses of rural life; the slow and easy pace of clam collectors, and lone fisherman in his tiny boat. The well-manicured private garden that envelopes the beach resort is full of full of fruit trees, fan and coconut palms and tropical flowers like orchids and frangipani whose alluring scent mingles with the sea breeze. The private fresh water swimming pool is set at a cool temperature; a perfect remedy for those who have spent the day in the sun. Scattered amongst the garden are hammocks and lounge chairs shaded by multi-coloured umbrellas, encouraging you to lay back, put your feet up and enjoy your home away from home.

Head out into the South China Sea and enjoy the countless water sports that are at your fingertips, sailing, jet-skiing, water skiing, skim boarding, snorkelling, scuba diving parasailing, and fishing. Try your hand at one of the several world class golf courses or do absolutely nothing but laze around in a gazebo on the rooftop of Sensi Borneo Beach Resort.
At Sensi Borneo Beach Resort we can tailor make a tour for you to take advantage of all the natural wonders Kota Kinabalu and Sabah have to offer. Experience the primordial - slip into the lost world of Maliau Basin and Danum Valley. Visit the nature reserve at Tabin to get close and personal to the rare and endangered animals of Sabah like the Orang Utan, Pygmy Elephant, and the elusive Sumatran Rhino. Climb Mount Kinabalu – the highest mountain in Malaysia, or simply enjoy the cool mountain air in the Kinabalu National Park situated at its base. Relax in the natural hot springs of Poring, go screaming down the rapids of the Kiulu and Padas Rivers or go for a river safari cruise on the Kinabatangan River in search of birds and wildlife. If monkeys are your game you cannot miss the Sepilok Orang Utan Rehabilitation Centre and the Labuk Bay Sanctuary for the endangered Proboscis Monkey.
